Workshop on Genetic Health Assessment Understand how to evaluate genetic health and implement the techniques in your own practice

INTRODUCTION
This workshop will help participants enhance their clinical skills and add value to the health care provided in their own clinical set-up. Those interested in pursuing a career in medical/ clinical genetics will better understand the scope of practice in genetic healthcare, helping them make informed decisions.

- Recording genetic history
- Physical examination
- Pedigree charting
- Risk assessment
- Identifying the pattern of inheritance of genetic disorder(s) in a family
- Assessment for relevant genetic tests to be done with possible outcomes

DURATION AND FEE
This workshop is conducted over multiple sessions, each being three hour long, over a duration of three days.
This cohort will run on 21, 22, and 23 July 2023 from 6-9 pm.
Last date for applying is 8 July 2023. Following successful application, the applicant is expected to pay the course fee by 12 July 2023.
The fee for the workshop in 2023 is 15,000 INR.
